Overview

At Impact Leadership Group Inc., DiSC Personality Profiling is one of the tools we use to teach and coach individuals and teams to improve work productivity, collaboration and communication skills by using insights into their behavioural style. DiSC is a non-judgmental assessment that helps individuals and teams understand their behavioral differences, and provide a platform for open discussion. The debrief that follows the DiSC assessment process, provides an ideal foundation to begin the conversation about the impact of those behaviours in the workplace.
