Overview

Impact Leadership Group highly recommends adding a personal or 360 assessment to your coaching program as a way of providing a baseline of information.  These assessments have been shown to intensify the coaching experience by making it more transparent, personal, highly focused, and above all relevant.

Why Emotional Intelligence?  Emotional intelligence (EI) refers to a distinct combination of emotional and social skills and competencies that influence our overall capability to cope effectively with the demands and pressures of work and life.  The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i) incorporates more than 20 years of research and development.  The EQ-i is a psychometrically sound validated assessment instrument that can be applied at the individual, team, and organizational levels.  The EQ-i is one of the most respected and recognized EI assessment instruments worldwide and it will provide you with a robust and intuitive framework to address questions related to leadership and performance.

Assessment Options

  • EQ-i Personal Leadership Assessment: Includes a customized leadership report and a 1.5 hour debriefing session with an ILG EQ-i certified coach.
  • EQ 360 Assessment:  Includes a customized multi-source feedback report from multiple raters as well as an individual report for the person being rated, and a 1.5 hour debrief with an ILG EQ 360 certified facilitator/coach.
  • EQ-i Assessment and Group Debrief: Includes a customized Leadership report and a 2.5 hour debriefing session with an ILG EQ-i certified coach.
