In addition to his Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, he has studied leadership and coaching extensively, taught business communication at the community college level, and is a veteran spokesperson and television host.

He is the Founder and Facilitator of a men's peer to peer support program in Waterloo Region and was, for many years, a volunteer leader and co-facilitator with the Men's program at Inner Directions in Toronto. He was also the past President of the Clair Hills Community Association in Waterloo Ontario; where he resides with his family.

Wendy is ILG's Director of Client Project Leadership and Instructional Design. Wendy brings over 20 years business experience to her role at ILG. Wendy has provided training expertise to Fortune 500 companies as an instructional designer and facilitator. She has designed award winning training programs for Sales Managers and developed high quality training solutions for business leaders, sales professionals, and project managers. Wendy has also supported the implementation of new products, services and systems with a variety of training solutions, and specializes in the creative customization of learning content that helps build audience engagement and knowledge transfer.

In addition to her diverse background in instructional design and facilitation, Wendy has significant experience managing projects, people, and processes. She has led project teams, application delivery teams in IT, training teams, and has worked with C-level executives on key change initiatives.

Wendy Hague is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has a business degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business. She is currently working towards a certificate in Adult Education.

Leslie is Impact Leadership Group Inc.'s Organizational Development and Leadership strategist; a consultant with a passion for enabling individual and organizational growth and learning. She combines over 20 years of experience with Knightsbridge, French-Thornton, Andersen Consulting and various Boards of Education and working across North America, Europe and Asia. Leslie is adept at identifying, defining and delivering integrated and sustainable business results through appropriate involvement across the organization and building leadership and organizational capability.

Her extensive experience in the creation and execution of customized leadership development programs (learning, assessment and coaching) that align to the organization's business strategy is her specialty. Leslie is highly versed in design and implementation of integrated strategies that support leaders and organizations through major business change initiatives; as well as leadership development and learning programs that map to integral organizational culture and processes to sustain desired change in behaviours and practices.

Leslie is an honours graduate of the Schulich School of Business at York University, and the Author of "Learning vs. Training" which highlights approaches to ensuring the application of new skills and new ways of working as well as the author of "Is Outstanding Change Leadership more Passion than Process?" which highlights the necessary leadership style and skills for successful business change.

Leslie is also an accomplished World and Olympic level Judge and a recognized seminar moderator for the International Skating Union and Skate Canada.

Lorraine is a seasoned professional who specializes in empowering individuals and teams to be world class in their field. A dynamic facilitator and a passionate believer in the creative wisdom of individuals and groups, Lorraine's facilitation style creates the ideal atmosphere for an open and honest process of discovery and lively audience participation. Her experiential approach to learning, and focused coaching, provide a unique platform for her work as Facilitator and Coach.

For the past fifteen years, Owen has been working as a Relationship Coach supporting people both in business and personal relationships to create excellence. He believes that relationship is the vehicle within which we discover our self-awareness. Owen is dedicated to the mastery of his craft as he believes that he can only support another in their journey as far as he has travelled in his own. He is passionate about Leadership and believes that it is long overdue that we step up and lead in our own lives. Owen believes that we can only lead others to the degree that we are self-aware. In his coaching practice, Owen supports his clients in tapping into their core values and living from a fulfilled place in their lives.

Owen is also the co-host of a popular Sunday night Newstalk 1010 CFRB Radio Show called GuyTalk that is straight talk radio for guys. It is interesting to note that Guytalk was recently rated as the #5 show for women listeners on a Sunday night. He has been a regular contributor to CBC Television shows.
